Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

We ship within the UK using Royal Mail or an equivalent courier.

Delivery usually takes:

• Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

• Tracked Shipping: 1–2 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping Issues

Healthy Hits is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will always help track your parcel.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier first. We do not replace orders marked as delivered unless proof of loss is provided.

Wrong Address

If the wrong address is entered at checkout, we cannot refund the order. Please double-check your details.
