At Healthy Hits, we want you to be happy with your order.

Due to the nature of our products (rolling accessories, bundles, and herbal items), we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


If your product arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with:

Your order number

Photos of the issue

A short description of the problem


We will review it and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


We cannot accept returns for:

Used products

Opened herbs or consumable items

Items damaged due to customer handling

Any “change of mind” situations


If you entered the wrong address at checkout, we are not responsible for lost parcels, but we will help where we can.
